one alpha marine served in the marine corps from 1989 through 1993 and is a Gulf war combat veteran.  His unit was situated as support and spent most of their time in the oil well fires of the Burgan oil field, with the highest number of chemical and biological alarms in the war, which were all deemed “not Likely”.  the ground war only lasted 100 hours, the physiological damage has lasted.  THEY have been seeking care for this long, attempting to have a good quality of life.  As medical science advances, It gives these veterans hope for quality of life for the rest of their lives.
