Vintage Indiana Glass Amber Marigold Iridescent Glass Basketweave Bowl

A gorgeous vintage pressed glass bowl produced by the Indiana Glass Company in their classic basketweave pattern (often referred to as Weavetex or Thatch). Crafted from rich amber/marigold glass, this piece features a high-gloss, slightly iridescent carnival finish that gives off a beautiful golden glow. [1, 2, 3]

The interior features a heavily textured basketweave matrix floor paired with an elegantly embossed, scalloped rim. The exterior bottom mimics the weave, giving it a tactile feel and wonderful light-catching capabilities. It is perfect as a small fruit dish, candy bowl, vanity tray, or catch-all centerpiece.
