Vintage Japanese Black Porcelain Sake Tea Cups Gold Peacock Floral Set

Beautiful pair of vintage Japanese small tea or sake cups. These feature a beautiful high-gloss black glaze accented with a detailed metallic gold peacock and floral blossom motif. The tops are elegantly finished with a gilded gold rim.

• Quantity: Set of 2 cups.

• Dimensions: Stands approximately 2" tall with a top opening diameter of 2" (see measurement photos).

• Condition: Excellent vintage condition. Free of any chips, cracks, crazing, or flea bites. The interior glaze remains pristine and glossy. There is only very minor, light fading to the gold rim trim from age, adding to their authentic vintage character.

• Markings: The bottom bases are clean and unmarked, which is common for mid-century imported Japanese kitchenware pieces.

Perfect replacement pieces for an incomplete vintage Japanese tea set, a great addition to a barware display, or a beautiful gift for a collector of Asian art.

This is a pre-owned item. As with all vintage and pre-owned items, they did not come straight from the factury and may have blemishes. Please check all photos carefully prior to puchase. Returns not accepted on bundle and save.
